Abstract | The results of studies of environmental pollution effect on the apiculture products quality are brought. Based on the results of studies of Cherkasy regional state laboratory of veterinary medicine the content of heavy metals and radionuclides in the apiculture products was analyzed. It was found out that the content of heavy metals in the apiculture products, obtained from the apiary, located in the district with heavy environmental footprint, was higher than the content in the apiculture products obtained from conditionally clean territory – PJSC Scientific commercial company “Urozhaj” in Korsun-Shevchenkivskyi district. In honey samples the concentration of cesium-137 and strontium-90 didn’t exceed the acceptable limits | ||
