Abstract Snails are a group of organisms that cause significant damage to crops. Snails were especially dangerous when growing garden strawberries. During 2019, studies were conducted on the effectiveness of strawberry protection against snails. Studies have shown that the most effective was the use of BioSlimax and Metaldehyde. The use of quicklime was quite effective, damage 35%. The problem may be a change in pH towards leaching. It is possible to use this tool in points. The use of traps with beer was quite effective, but it has a drawback - a lot of time. Without the use of pesticides, crop quality is at 18%.
