Abstract The article is devoted to the study of influence of bioactive substances (herbicide and plant growth regulator of microbiological origin) on lipid peroxidation and antioxidant processes in plants of naked oat. The work is resulted in substantiation of the possibility of reducing negative impact of herbicide Lontrel 300 on crops of naked oat and the environment through its combined use with biological Albite which reveals antidote properties in mixtures with herbicide. It was established that applied rates of herbicide in combinations with plant growth regulators could be reduced by 8–48% as compared to recommended rates. Based on the conducted research, biological substantiation for integrated application of herbicide and plant growth regulator was developed. This serves as scientific basis for the elaboration of energy efficient and environmentally safe preparation compositions ensuring an increase in the plantings productivity and quality of naked oat crops.
